I · The House
We started because too many arrivals went wrong.
CitiesTroves began with a short, unglamorous list of complaints. Business travellers arriving to residences that bore little resemblance to their photographs. Families reaching a front door to find fees they were never shown. Residence Managers of real character with no serious surface on which to present their work.
We were travellers of this continent ourselves. We wanted a platform that behaved like a house — quiet, held to a standard, and answerable. So we built one, and we keep it small on purpose.
CitiesTroves is the bridge between exceptional Residence Managers and discerning guests. It is built on trust, quiet quality, and a particular grammar of African hospitality.
